This guy paddled you across the river on his barge. Neversoft told me to base him off of a similar character in the movie, 'The Outlaw Josey Wales.'

Nevertheless, I had already started in on him when we got a concept from Massive Black. I have a feeling they told them the same thing, because our characters looked nearly identical. What was freaky though was that I gace mine a black eye (maybe he's a 'scrapper!').. oddly enough, so did they.. on the same eye! Weird..

No idea who did the concept.. Im still weirded out by that..
